An Urban Legend That Is A Prevention For the Flu/Cold
Many people are running raged and under the weather these wintery days so I’d like to share an urban legend that my Koubara Vicki shared with me, and I used on my family. It is widely known that Yia Yia’s (Grandmas) across the globe prescribe to natural remedies when it comes to cooking for and healing the body. The following one is for the purpose of feeling physically better, so eat this simple and natural recipe when you are feeling a cold or flu coming on:
Take a 1/4 of a piece of the garlic clove and chop it up in tiny pieces. Take the tiny pieces of this powerfully nutritious vegetable and sprinkle it in a teaspoon of honey. Eat the honey/garlic concoction and start to reap of the healthy benefits. Depending on how sick you feel, will determine how many days to eat this recipe.
