I Can’t Stop Thinking About This

KATE- my daughter’s friend and my friend too, fb posted this profound/moving eulogy by Thunder assistant Coach Monty Williams.  The first time I watched and listened to Coach, I cried, the second time I cried and the third time I smiled.

My entries on this website are always positive, and this eulogy was over the top in that category.  William’s unshakeable faith, love of God and poise under duress gave me such hope and confidence that I felt compelled to share his words with you here.  I still can’t believe that in William’s suffering he is able to comfort us.

Thank you Coach Monty William’s  for allowing the world to gain strength from your sadness.  We will pray, and as  the Greeks say, “May Ingrid’s memory be eternal- life to you!”

So powerful. I’m sharing this on Facebook. Thank you for posting this. We need to remember that things ALWAYS work out the way they are supposed to. Perhaps not always how we want… but always how they should. Having faith, being thankful and forgiving- something to strive for every day.
