My Kindred “Kefi” Spirit Introduces My New Favorite Drink!

BAM! Not only I am a happy oiler (one who uses essential oils)  I’m now also a lover of  bai Bubbles- let me splain (explain)

I haven’t seen Toula, my kindred spirit in Kefi, for a couple of years.  Now, and all of a sudden without planning, and as fate would have it, we are back in each other’s lives.  A nursing professor and culminating Ph.d candidate in Integrative Medicine, Toula has amassed and learned a wealth of  knowledge in the area of human wellness.  We have always shared a love of good health, achievement and potential.  Invariably, we each continue our hunt for the natural/organic/energized way of living.

Our recent reunion permitted me the opportunity to consult with Toula regarding her recommendations for vitamins.  At that time, we also discussed the importance of inspiring our community to get and live healthy inside- out; basically to live with a sound mind in a healthy body. The Integrative Medicine philosophy is fast becoming a movement that people are embracing across the planet.  Therefore, I invited Toula to be interviewed by me on “The Kiki Vale Show,” regarding wellness and self care.   She accepted, and that interview is in the works- stay tuned.

In the meantime, earlier this evening, I again bump into my partner in Kefi at the grocery store; we hug, exchange  our 411 and discuss all world affairs all while in the raisin aisle.  I notice Toula is sipping on, and enjoying a drink.  She enthusiastically tells me that it’s bai BUBBLES, a fabulous tasting sparkling water with only 1 gram of sugar, 5 calories, antioxidant infused with the delicious taste of Peru Pineapple.  This antioxidant beverage causes you to burp too, and that releases air, making you feel skinny.  No joke!  Where have I been? I love these kind of drinks, but honey, this one tastes GREAT!  With sucrose being enemy number one, bai BUBBLES is a perfect beverage to enjoy with such a tiny amount of “white death” in it.

bai BUBBLES, another way to enjoy healthy living!  CHEERS!

Try bai today, I think you will  love it!
