Shakeology- it’s the real deal!

Hi! The success I’ve had with clean eating these past few months has  much to do with this meal supplement called Shakeology.  Yes- I have always been skeptical of shakes and powders, but I swear to you Shakeology helps transform your body and your life.

Before I departed for my journey 2 days ago I set a plan with Jill.  One of the components was to continue with my morning routine, which is drink 10oz water with a tsp apple cider vinegar followed by a Shakeology protein shake. I’ve been doing this routine for the past 25 days, and experienced success with weight loss and energy gain.

When I packed for my trip, Shakeology was on the list, but not in my suitcase as I forgot to pack it.  I arrived to my destination only to discover its absence.  I was upset, but I made a decision to be proactive and not falter from my program – instead have my Shakeo overnighted and substitute the meal for one day instead of forfeiting the entering trip of morning Shakeology.  Get it- don’t give up, find a way.  Anyhow – the one day I was without my Shakeology, I realized that truly I feel healthier when I drink it.  Shakeo gives me energy and reduces my cravings.  I mean that. It tastes like a milkshake and it naturally fuels me with all the nutrients I need. Doing without it, shed  a new light on me.

The lesson here is that when you slip you don’t have to fall. I made an adjustment, and that is what life is all about – adjusting and redirecting. But seriously, try Shakeology so you can regulate your metabolism and jumpstart your healthy lifestyle.

Day 25…modifying not eliminating. I’m not perfect, but I’m persistent.
