Spring break in full swing and Ms thang is busy enjoying the weather, working out and hydrating. Food of course is plentiful, and I’m still on my eating program with limited snacking and choosing clean. However, since there is enough unhealthy stuff around, I’m fighting bad with good. I decided to make my simple Shakeology pie which tastes so yummy, that I may never return to the sugar, flour and abundant calorie filled pies.
SHAKEOLOGY- WHAT IS IT?
This is a shake (powder substance) Packed with globally sourced superfood ingredients
Proteins and fiber – to help reduce hunger and food cravings.*
Antioxidants, Phytonutrients, Vitamins, and Minerals – to help fight free radical damage and help support a healthy immune system*

Every morning I mix Shakeology with ice, almond milk and banana. I drink this every day because it is the healthiest meal of the day, and it fills me up and gives me energy. I’m so in love with this drink that I have explored recipes using Shakeolgy.
SHAKEOLOGY RECIPES ARE NUTRITIOUS AND DELICIOUS.
I have only attempted two recipes, oat bars and the Chocolate pie, which is the one I highly recommend and have it in my fridge right now. It’s ridiculous how easy the recipe is to make.
YOU WILL NEED FOUR INGREDIENTS FOR 3.14
Peanut butter .5 cup
Almond Milk .5 cup
Yogurt. 1.5 cup ( I use the regular not fat free- yuk)
Shaleology 2 full scoops
Take all the ingredients (not the pie crust) and add together and mix in a bowl. Once the recipe has a smooth and creamy consistency, pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for an hour.
