Some of my favorite beverages to drink throughout the day are quite interesting.  I enjoy straight up water in the morning, post workout, and after meals to clean my palate and flush out the gunk.  Breakfast always includes coffee because I’m crazy for java, and I do a Shakeology with coconut milk…YUM! Shakeology is scientifically proven to be the healthiest meal of the day, and it is filling!  During the day, when Im working I sip BAI BUBBLES because I love how many flavors there are and these antioxidant beverages have 1 gram of sugar and no artificial sweeteners.   After dinner I drink a YOGI blueberry tea for flavor and to keep my interest in dessert at bay.  On a weekend, or when my hubby and I go out to dinner it’s red wine to compliment my meal.

Infused Water: Is basically water infused with fruits/vegetables.  This kind of water can be detoxifying and flavorful.  Lemon water is at the top of my list as lemon promotes fresh breath and ensures balanced pH levels in the body.  Overall, lemon water improves health and well being.

Spas are famous for offering infused water pre and post massage and body services.  Some popular ones include: cucumber-mint-dill water, tropical pineapple with orange water, tangerine -cucumber- strawberry water, watermelon-rosemary water, and apple-cinamon water.

It sure is nice to have tasty and healthy choices when drinking beverages.
