Natural Ways to Prevent & Treat Disease

Birds of a feather flock together, that’s why I love catching up with my mother on the phone when I walk Athena every morning.

Today, as we began to solve all world affairs, my mother told me about an article she read illustrating the benefits of taking Ginkgo to aid in brain function, especially memory. This conversation led us down a broader road which turned to my deep belief in practicing natural methods/ways for the prevention and treatment of disease. She and I are in agreement of this philosophy.

EXPERTS ALSO AGREE…

According to Mayo Clinic more than 40 percent of adults seek some form of holistic therapy when dealing with their physical health.  Rest assured, I adhere to using antibiotics and Advil for certain illness, but of course my main form of day to day healing is natural/organic.

Thalassa…..ahhhhhh

THESE METHODS CAN BE EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE, BUT I’D LIKE TO DO SO IN THE ORIGIN

If I travel to Greece this summer, The Hippocrates Cultural Center on the island of Kos, will be one of my stops. The centre is surrounded by a beautiful garden with herbs, cedar trees, vineyards and fruit trees. Aiming to discover the brilliance of ancient Greek philosophy, seminars are frequently organized and theatre or dancing performances take place in the theatre, called Dancing Satyr’s Theatre.
