CARE ENOUGH ABOUT YOUR MIND AND BODY TO GIVE IT THE BEST

Reverse the madness: 

DO- Vitamins and supplements vs pills

DO- Hobbies, activities and adventure vs. drugs

DO- Bai Bubbles, soothing flavored teas, chewing gum, mints vs. cigarettes

DO-Smoked almonds, English cucumber or any crunchy veggies vs. chips

DO- Healthy snacks that involve popcorn, any and all veggies prepared sautéed, baked or steamed with a side of hummus or avocado vs. processed foods

DO- Fruit, fruit infused water, juicing, Shakeology pie and Greek yogurt with honey and pecans vs. sugar

DO- movement, fitness, dancing, walking, roller blading, climbing, hiking, swimming vs. the couch

DO- Rich, nutritious, balanced, proteins, freshly made meals vs fast food.   
Shift your gear into finding & living authentic instead of synthetic.
