Sometimes the stress of life causes anxiety and lack of sleep; combat these evils with simple breathing exercises, which can renew your body for activity. 

*When there is breath, keep breathing

*Shortness of breath can be improved with slowing your breath

*Belly breathing is helpful to bring in more oxygen

*Breathe through your nostrils and blow out through your lips

*When nervous or upset practice deep inhale and exhale exercises.
