Blow Up Your Thinking
The 2 year anniversary of my weight loss journey with Lean Lifestyle at Energie Pilates Fitness Spa is just around the corner- September 15, 2016 to be exact, and it’s imperative that I achieve my weight result by that date!
While I am ecstatic about the fact that I have lost and kept off 19 pounds since that date, I have not officially reached my ultimate goal of 27 pounds down because as of now I do feel better and my looks could only go one way, consequently I’ve been mentally lenient with myself. At the start of the program, my back hurt, I was moving slower, I was waking up super tight and I did not feel like the road runner that I am. The motivation to drop the baggage, my twenty pounds of blubber weighing me down ( no pun intended) was closely related to my pain and sluggishness, but now that the pain has dissipated and I do have more pep in my step, I’ve given my self allowances which are prohibiting the final result! This train has to go to a new destination, and it’s only happening with a new mindset focused on a new place.
Coach Jill, who helped me with nutrition at Energie and still teaches me to this day, and I had a “real” talk this morning about my next phase, PHASE FINISH. We discussed a plethora of things, but mostly how will I finish up this chapter of wellness in order to begin the next one. It all begins with my “thinking.”
Thinking is the sole thing that limits me from achieving my goal, so I must rethink this goal and plan accordingly.
Anything you or I want to achieve will only be accomplished when our thoughts match the goal, and then the actions take over from there.

I’M DOING CHANGE!
Today, you can hop on my “thinking” train or keep heading in the same direction you have always taken. Up to you, and by the way, YOU are the only person that can get you to your goal.
I believe we are each destined for greatness, if only we took the time to give ourselves the chance to become the best version of ourselves.
TODAY AND MOVING FORWARD: Say NO to the things holding you back, and say YES to that which will bring you to your final result. IT WILL BE WORTH IT.
