Make Time To Empower Yourself

#YogaSculpt was 60 minutes of “I Can Do It,” this morning.   Fluid, constant moves that wake up your entire body and shoot shockwave endorphins to all parts of your living system. I liked the pace, but certainly I was pushing to keep up with the class – feeling challenged but invigorated.  All I could think of during the class is the teacher’s Kefi energy: I mentally named Jacque A : #FEARLESS.

WHY FEARLESS?

Jacque led the class with fire and brim stone…moving, empowering and sculpting.  Never a dull moment and never a moment of dispair – only “I CAN DO IT!” There’s a purpose to all we do, even in YogaSculpt with Jacque leading each person to 60 minutes of empowerment in a room that we each become unplugged and we reach surrender to making ourselves better.  Jacque’s hope:  people show up when they are feeling sad so they can get happy- feeling tired so they can feel energized- feeling they ate too much so they can feel lighter and on and on.  “Its 60 minutes of ME TIME.”

TODAY’S MESSAGE:

Find a way to channel negative energy.

Go to your sanctuary and pause for a moment.

Come back stronger.

GO AHEAD:

Wish upon a star today- the world is wonderful- that’s where the focus should be!
