Wanna Get Rich? Get Healthy!
This greeting means something because I jumped out of bed, I was able to do my a.m. routine of beginning my day with apple cider Vinegar water, followed by my favorite nutrition; Cafe Latte Shakeology and then I felt strong enough to go for a cardio workout outdoors in the heat. I prefer cooler temps, but what do you expect in Florida? Beginning my day with nutrition and total body movement sets the tone for my entire day and it brings merit to…GOOD MORNING!

Personally, every single day, every single person I come into contact with, mentions some illness with either themselves or a loved one- when are we going to take back our health?? A sound mind in a healthy but body takes work and it must be a priority, and when those things come into play, health becomes routine and sheer joy. Most Americans are stressed to the max, eating fast and whatever is in their sight, sitting in front of a screen for hours upon hours, neglecting the very thing that will give them happiness: A healthy mind and body with which to live with energy. #Kefi- Positive Energy is not accidental, it’s manifested through our day to day choices and you can start making great ones for yourself!
OUR BODIES ARE THE VEHICLE THAT TAKE US THROUGH LIFE
When you respect and treat your body as it is designed to be; exquisite and miraculous, you begin to live with abundance. Our body does everything for us and we pay no attention to its communication with us. LISTEN, LEARN AND LIVE positively beginning with what you take in and take out. As you and I get closer through this blog, I remain excited and feel privileged to share my years of trail and errors, experiences and solutions to living with #KEFI – Positive Energy. Believe me, it ALL begins with what we eat, how we move and what we allow to occupy our mental space. So for today…begin and end with nutrition and make movement a priority. Eat fruits and veggies and proteins, hydrate with the all important water, think positive and walk, run or sprint for the amount of time that you can ; then build on this routine every single day!
