If there is one thing I have learned about my body, it’s that it is designed to heal itself and feel good. Really good!
However, there is a caveat and that is that a body doesn’t do the work on its own, it needs it’s master to be proactive and LIVE THE LIFESTYLE.
WHAT IS THE LIFESTYLE
Living naturally is living with intention and purpose all in synergy with positivity, nutrition, movement and sleep. It’s not just one thing, it’s everything and everything that is clean, fresh and beautiful applied to perform, feel and look your best. Like the meaning of doTerra, these things are all from the earth created to feed us organically.
On the subject of doTerra….there are about 100 oils and blends which when used topically, internally (not all oils are for ingestion..read doTerra bottle for directions) or aromatically, will yield you various support methods of wellness. A few include:
LAVENDER for relaxing and calming
PEPPERMINT for focus and subsiding headaches
LEMON for invigorating and cleaning

GRAPEFRUIT for weight loss and motivation

*Give thanks for all good things (God is great)
*Fuel with the best nutrition (eat breakfast every day- include protein)
*Move to get that blood flowing (30 min a day- can include a walk)
*Stay positive (smile more often)
*Greet challenges as an opportunity to get better and stronger (you can do it)
*Avoid toxic talk, food, environment and feelings (just remember: keep it clean)
*Have fun and constantly learn, grow and explore (life is an adventure…live it)
