My Life Used To Be Complicated

Good day!  I certainly hope that is the way your day is going…..in good fashion.

Your attitude belongs to you, decide how it will roll today.

On that subject:

My mood, attitude disposition etc used to rotate alot around other people’s actions, but not anymore.

MY BOUNDARIES

The past decade has been trial and error with trying to figure out to feel better, live stronger, be happier, get healthier and sleep sounder.  My experience and discovery boils down to setting healthy boundaries for myself and others.  My friend and former athletic trainer, Lisa, used to coach me to run towards vitality and to live healthier.

We had some empowering and tearful conversations during my Tempo/Speed runs, and they had to do with putting my health first above all.  I learned the value of the word “NO!” People can come at us with many requests, some helpful, some not.  In the middle of this thing we call life, it’s important for us not to abandon ourselves, and instead we must be vigilant in caring for ourselves.  When we care for and love ourselves we can then proceed with creating healthy boundaries, which will help us thrive personally & professionally!

MY EXPERIENCE

Every day I work at these values….

Better to not to react to a person- instead thoughtfully deliberate and respond thereafter

My beliefs are valid even when other’s opinions are not in sync

When someone disagrees with me, its not personal

My family comes first

THESE CATEGORIES MAY HELP YOU…

HEALTH – make it your priority

FINANCES- don’t spend what you do not have (thanks dad!)

FAITH- Grow yours (God is great!)

FUN- enjoy your life because it’s over in a blink

RELATIONSHIPS- nurture them and keep them healthy with honest communication

MIND BODY GREEN says….

Setting healthy boundaries involves thinking more about your needs and less about what invitations and responsibilities you’ll accept.

Having strong boundaries means exercising control over what ideas and opinions we take in, and which we disregard. When we’re trying to implement and ground ourselves in healthier (and more sustainable!) habits, it means filtering out the messages, jokes, and judgments that hurt without helping, or that make us want to quit, or that make us want to run and hide.

Setting boundaries and doing that which is good for us is liberating.

BALANCE doTerra ESSENTIAL OIL HELPS ME STAY GROUNDED SO I AM ABLE TO LIVE WITH BOUNDARIES

eo-balance

The latest and greatest blend of essential oils that I apply and diffuse daily is : BALANCE.

DESCRIPTION

The warm, woody aroma of Balance, doTERRA’s grounding blend, creates a sense of calm and wellbeing. We perfectly blend Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, and Blue Chamomile with Fractionated Coconut Oil to offer an enticing fragrance that promotes tranquility and relaxation. Spruce, one of the oils in Balance, was used by Native Americans for health and spiritual reasons and is still used today to bring harmony to the mind and body. Ho Wood, Blue Tansy, and Blue Chamomile can ease anxious feelings, while Frankincense provides a grounding, balancing effect on emotions.  Personally I diffuse Balance with Vetiver every night to sleep soundly and peacefully.  During the day I topically apply 2 drops of Balance to my wrists and rub for easy smelling and calming!  You have to check out this oil…ask me by writing [email protected]

Simplify your life by living with boundaries and a little Balance; you will be amazed at the outcome and income!
