Hot, Youthful & Thinner At Any Age

TGIF!

Im so happy we are at the weekend!

In fact, I am excited about tomorrow as I will be the emcee of a worthy event, The Hellenic Bar Association’s 66th Scholarship Gala.I’ll be happy to share more of that with you over the next few days, but for today, I want to open up the “Kiki Vale Show” radio vault and help you take some time to update your self by listening to an interesting and helpful interview I conducted with Author, NY Times Best Seller and TV commentator Charla Krupp.  During the program, Charla was  candid, funny and a breath of fresh.

The NY Times reported ….”In her books and in more than 100 appearances on the “Today” program on NBC, Ms. Krupp offered down-to-earth style tips intended for real women, not red-carpet icons. Her “five things that will make you thinner by dinner,” for example, included a properly fitted brassiere. Women were advised to trade in their “O.L.” (Old Lady) granny glasses for sexier frames and to retire their relaxed “mommy jeans” in favor of more svelte styles.

“How Not to Look Old,” published in 2008, spent 15 weeks on the New York Times best-seller list, rising to No. 2 in the advice and how-to category. It sold more than 300,000 copies, according to the book’s publisher, Grand Central Publishing.

We once again open the “The Kiki Vale Show” radio vault and share an interview for the ladies.

Tune in here for N.Y. Times Best Seller Charla Krupp, with her insight and wit, she shares numerous ways to alter, improve and enhance our appearance and our style.
