Efficient & Short Goes A Long
Not every day do we have one hour to spend on ourselves, but we can do a little something.
INTERVALS IN 30
Prepping to go out of town and have a mile long list of TO DO’s before my Bon Voyage, so I rearranged my workouts; short one today and long one on Thursday when I arrive to my destination. Kefi Life is living with the open mind that allows one to adjust to circumstances. As a matter of fact, and furthermore, it is when we are rushed and most under pressure that we must not forgo our routine. We must fit in something to get the blood flowing and the heart rate up, if not to meet our daily goals, at least to release the cortisol building up in our bodies. Today’s brief 30 minute bike interval felt great, I accomplished my daily health quota to keep me energized and I didn’t neglect myself.
MIX IT UP
The work, the deadlines, the pressure all seem more achievable when we keep our personal selves accountable through health and wellness. When we are up against it….the last thing that should be omitted from the day is wellbeing. Day to day, structure a variety of healthy practices in your entire reportire of health regime as to create choices to draw from in stressful times. The ultimate goal is to get to the finish line standing.
