Life Is Too Short To Be Anything But…..

Balance Essential Oils Happiness Life Is Beautiful Mind Apr 24, 2017 Kiki Vale

Happy Day!

For those of you who know me, I’m usually a bundle of #Kefi -high energy combustion (my knick name is Roadrunner) but I can’t say that everyday my emotions are the same or upbeat.

However, when I do get in a funk, I immediately do something to cheer myself up.

  • I go for a walk
  • I get some sun
  • I give thanks
  • I say my fabulous affirmations
  • I workout
  • I go shopping..this can get expensive (lol)
  • I smell something that is pleasant and enjoyable…essential oils help perfectly in this department…..

These doTERRA Touch Emotional oils actually elicit positive emotions and can establish a calming effect.  I especially wanted to share my personal kit with you via blog post after seeing my friend’s Figure Facts Facebook post regarding negative emotions and how they harm your body. I wish you could smell these oils through the screen, but it’s not possible.  Trust me, they are delicious smelling and uplifting!

If you have questions about this extremely useful little mobile Touch kit...email moi at [email protected]  We can get you set up and prepared to combat negativity with these gifts of the earth!!!

Remember….we do not live in a perfect world, and we are not perfect but we can adapt and adjust to feel much better about ourselves with a little boost from nature!

ENJOY TODAY….

XO

Carpe Kefi!
