Fight The Disease In Your Body
If you want to live fully and energetically (with Kefi) your life paradigm must be to live wholly, day to day, in order to keep your immune system strong to fight off disease and fatigue. This means making good mental and physical choices, and it’s all pretty basic if you want to know the truth.
For example, when someone in your family gets cancer, my mom has lymphoma and she is going to beat it, you start researching, talking to doctors, getting second opinions and changing up the program. My information leads me to believe that a strong mind and healthy body boils down to keeping the immune system healthy and strong. Ask any doctor, and they will tell you that when your immune system is compromised, disease is harder to resist and different forms of disease settle in. Researcher Dan Adam says, “Become whole, do not destroy the body.”
HOW TO BECOME WHOLE
To begin with, society does not make it easy to become whole and healthy; one major obstacle is that our bodies are not moving. The average person today is sitting 7-8 hours a day and according to Dr Mercola DO, our bodies are simply not designed to be sedentary. We must shift the paradigm to REGULARLY MOVE. This does not mean limiting yourself to a daily 30 minute workout, it means that plus taking the stairs, standing up occasionally, stepping outside, walking more (7-10,000 steps a day) and just moving instead of sitting so often.
Nutrition is pivotal to the course of wellness. Common sense will tell you that whatever you are feeding the cells in your body has a direct link to the performance of your body. I heard a speech recently on Epigenetics: which is the software that runs your hardware – OR that which runs your body. Consider your computer gets a virus in the software, programs start malfunctioning and the same applies to the human body; RUN A CLEAN ENGINE. Eat clean and lean. Want specifics, then hire a dietician. As a nutritionist myself, I recommend eating lean proteins, green and leafy vegetables, healthy fats like olive oil and avocado, plenty of berries and nuts, low carbs like Ezekiel bread, oatmeal, quinoa and water water water. Lemon is a great detoxifier and you should consume it as well. Garlic is cancer fighting. Reader’s Digest wrote this…”Garlic contains sulfur compounds that may stimulate the immune system’s natural defenses against cancer, and may have the potential to reduce tumor growth. Studies suggest that garlic can reduce the incidence of stomach cancer by as much as a factor of 12!” So much more to know and learn, and that is why in the fall I will begin my Integrative Nutrtion Program.
NOT ONLY SHOULD YOU EAT GREEN YOU SHOULD DISPLAY IT!
Plant life is healing and plants purify the air….bring your favorite potted plant in the house and nurture it and it will nurture you!!!!
Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. Rest, take epsom salt baths add lavender or eucalyptus essential oil, pray/meditate, be positive as often as possible, don’t take things so personally, understand another person instead of rushing to be understood, don’t engage in foolish arguments, love, have fun, start a project, get massages, call a friend and take time to care for yourself and when you have time help someone out.

KEEP YOUR BODY LEAN
There are numerous & obvious reasons to keep your body lean, but the most important one is to fight off disease. Dr. Howard Fisher MD reports that …18 perceent of cancer is caused by from infection- 23 percent of cancer caused by obesity – 41 percent due to environmental and 18 percent genetics. Let’s fight obesity…reverse it with education, mindfulness and proper food choices. Begin to learn about the food you put in your body and like yourself enough to monitor the status of your personal health. BE YOUR OWN ADVOVATE. I’m a work in progress in this department, and the more I learn about clean eating the more I engage in it, and the more I feel the positive results of eating clean and lean.

JOKE: We use a really strong sunblock when we go to the beach with the kids. It’s SPF 80: You squeeze the tube, and a sweater comes out. LOL
