Pets Make Life Happy! ❤️

Happy Day!

One way I make my day happy is to walk with my dearest Athena. She NEVER lets me down.

My pet Athena and I have a strong relationship. She counts on me for food, water and most importantly she abounds with patience for our daily walks. My pure breed black Lab’s disposition inspires me so much that I feel an urgency to take her out for her walk, and the truth is I eagerly await the moment in the day when we head out to explore the town. I count on her for that walk too!

Generally, people walk their dog for 4 reasons: elimination, mental stimulation, exercise, and training. Dogs like to go for walks to get outdoors, sniff and engage with their environment, exercise, and perhaps socialize with people and dogs outside the home. There is no reason that a walk cannot encompass and meet all the needs of both humans and dogs. Because time is often at a premium, it is useful to help owners understand and find creative ways to meet these needs.

Athena is like my child. I have to plan her doc appointments, if I travel I need to set up pet care, I schedule my day around her needs too. These tasks keep me orderly, and ORDER IS BENEFICIAL to a happy #Kefi Life.

Order allows you to have peace of mind, it helps you find things, it keeps you out of trouble…most of the time, and ORDER is an important part of living well.

My precious Athena, who truthfully is the family pet, has one dominant characteristic which brightens my every day, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. She and I love each other so much, and while she structures me I also give her freedom and adventure.

Adventure, play and fun are something we love to do within every walk. Athena and I explore the earth, we make new friends and catch up with old ones, we skip, jump, and see things that open our eyes to possibilities.

It’s a truth that if I did’t have Athena to spend time with, I would miss a big part of what our “Mother Earth” provides us.

As my hubby Brian always reminds me…“Who saved who?”

What can you do in your day that makes it a happy one?

Get busy and implement it so you will feel the endorphins that are waiting to explode in your body!!!
