Healing Is Euphoric
Today is happy 😊 because I woke up, I walked and talked and, did it all with relative ease. However, not every day is like this for everyone.
For example, the ease of waking up healthfully every day last summer was not as prevalent a routine for me during during my mother’s illness, and I was seeking ways to get through the rough patch.
CLEANSE YOUR MIND. My journey to healing led me to reading, reading books authored by people who share organic and thoughtful, good and helpful ways to live with vibrancy .
One author in particular, Louise Hay, is excellent for sharing simple yet effective ways to clean up and heal self, most of which begins with mental practices.
Research indicates, and my real life experiences prove, that a clear mind facilitates a healthy and motivated body. It all begins with our thoughts, and which ones we give power to.
Thoughts come and go, we must train ourselves to embrace the positive and productive ones, and pay no attention to the rest. PERIOD.
Stop the search for quick fix, lotsa pills and fast procedures and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
One of my very favorite ancient philosophies: THE DISEASE OF THE BODY IS THE DIS-EASE OF THE MIND. This is not new information, merely information which is not widely accepted.
FACT: The body is created to heal itself and is designed to do so, we must live in accordance with the law!
Kiki’s Kefi Law: treat your mind and body with respect; only allow the finest and most clean and positive visuals, thoughts, food, and supplements to enter your sanctuary. This law requires VIGILANCE AND DISCIPLINE and the healing process it provides is euphoric!
