With the seasons and temperatures fluctuating so dramatically we must take care to take care.
In a moment I will share the power of PEPPERMINT, but first…….
Here are my must-have essential oils for topical use and diffusing this fall season:
ON GUARD for keeping germs at bay and stimulating immunity
BREATHE for opening the airwaves and allowing for easier breathing
BREATHE STICK to rub onto chest and back for clearer airwaves
EUCALYPTUS for calming, relaxing and congestion
DEEP BLUE RUB for muscle aches and pains
LEMON to lift mood and disinfect rooms
If you feel yourself getting sick: drop one drop of On Guard with half a squeezed lemon to warm water and drink this recipe 3x a day until better.
I have a new found love for this precious oil; it’s phenomenal for addressing a number of symptoms, and one of them is diffusing! I always apply Peppermint topically when I have a headache or I need to focus, but yesterday for the first time I diffused PEPPERMINT for the uplifting aroma, and I LOVE IT! The scent is fresh, clean and energizing, and it has a sweet fragrance when diffused.
PEPPERMINT is my oil of the week.
Some Peppermint Oil Benefits:
Reduces stomach aches
Soothe digestive issues
Freshens bad breath
Improves mental focus
Clears respiratory tract
Releases tight muscles
Honestly, why would anyone on the planet choose not to have peppermint oil in his or her medicine cabinet at home!
ADDITIONALLY, for all of you lovely people who have a bathtub, please use it! Draw an essential oil bath to soothe your tired muscles and relax you before bed. LAVANDER & CYPRESS are my favs this week.
For those of you who have forgotten you have those oils in your medicine cabinet, or maybe you have forgotten the basics, please feel free to brush up on the information provided in the doTERRA eBOOK; Quick and simple information to remind you of the beauty and benefits of pure and therapeutic oils.
