So pumped to tell you about T-25! My super awesome health coach Jill, by the way props to Jill as she participates in the 1/2 IRONMAN today, has introduced me to a slew of health lifestyle options over the past three years. The purpose of my work with her is to learn how to enjoyably live a lean and healthy life. It’s been challenging and fun at the same time.
THERE’S MORE THAN ONE WAY- BUT IT ALL NETS THE SAME RESULT
What do I mean by this statement. Basically, calories in calories out. What you eat will either be burned or stored as fat, learn a program to keep you burning more than storing, and learn how to make sound nutritional choices within society. There is a combo of methods I use, but I’m always interested in mixing things up when I hit a wall.
