How can we be on the heels of Thanksgiving, with the Christmas/Holiday season less than 45 days away?

Feeling the heat and or feeling the pressure?

Need to give yourself an updated motto..STRESS BE GONE!


Every day, do something that takes a little of the edge off by reducing stress.

Here is what works for me:

  1. BREATHE DEEPLY 10 times in a row
  2. BREATHE in an essential that enters your bloodstream and calms the nervous system. Today, I’m inhaling PEACE & YLANG YLANG.  I instantly smile upon sniffing the fragrance.
  3. Walk around the perimeter of wherever you are
  4. Excercise at some point in the day
  5. Remember, nothing is as good or bad as it seems
  6. If you have your health you have everything
  7. Rome wasn’t built in a day
  8. Forgive ignorance
  9. Call someone who lifts your spirits
  10. Be grateful for all things
