Insomniacs – Sleep Around The Corner
When I want to destress, I play with my oils and thumb through my SECRETS OF AROMATHERAPY book to learn new recipes. Being that it’s after 9pm, I thought I’d try some sleep based ideas. This one works!
RELAX AND SLEEP 💤 SOUND.
If you’re an avid Kiki Kefi reader you know that I love baths 🛀 before bed. I usually take one to ease muscle pain or to calm myself before dozing off, and after tonight’s bath I could hardly keep my eyes open after 15 minutes. Of course I tried a new combo of oils, and they did what the recipe indicated, which is to make one sleepy.
Sleep soundly with this combo:
Warm to hot bath with 10 drops of Roman Chamomile and 10 drops of Lavender, 2 cups of epsom salts with Dr Teals Lavender foaming bath. Sit in this lovely and completely hypnotizing water for 15-20 minutes, and when you step out you’ll be ready to hit the pillow and get some restful shut eye. For those of you who are hardwired, after your bath I recommend rubbing lavender on your temples and diffusing Cedar wood and Serenity right before you tuck yourself into bed.
