Laughter
What can make you cry, produce physical muscular pain, yet you still love it? LAUGHTER! That’s right, you know what I’m talking about- the uncontrollable, rolling on the floor, side-stiching, ‘almost going to wet my pants’ kind of laughter. It’s simply the best. What’s even better are the free, positive benefits that come with the audible reaction to tickling or a good joke. You’ve all heard the saying “laughter is the best medicine.” Well research has shown the health benefits of laughter ranging from strengthening the immune system, reducing food cravings and increasing one’s pain threshold.
The point is, if you haven’t laughed about 17 times today, it’s about time to start. I challenge you to get ready to giggle and make at least three people laugh today!

At 77 years old, Pearl Rosenberger is an energy filled, vivacious, take-no-prisoners, advice machine! The only part of that last sentence that has any resemblance of truth is that Pearl is an advice machine. She has been around for a long while, and claims to have seen it all.
